Still Need Help?

SEO is is related to optimizing you site to gain traffic from people clicking on search results. SEM is ‘pay for click’ advertising, where you buy space for ads on search results. The first is free to operate, the second costs you money per click or view.

Knowledge Base

01. Can I add my own Plugins to WordPress?

Certainly, but please check with us first by raising a support ticket. The quality of plugins varies greatly and a poorly written plugin could actually damage your website. Be safe and inform us first.

02. How do I log into the admin backend of my site?

Must of our sites are based on WordPress, if so, put /wp-admin/ on the end of your site URL to bring up the sign-in form.

03. I’ve forgotten my admin password, help!

If your website is based on WordPress, just visit the admin login page (see the answer above) and click on the ‘Forgotten Password’ link. Enter your email address and you will get an email with a link in it that leads to a page which allows you to change your password and then log in.

Note: Do not keep trying to enter your password if you have forgotten it, the system will treat this as someone trying to hack your site and lock you out for a short time. It’s far easier to just change your password.
